About the role

  • Execute Kyra’s marketing strategy across brand, insights, PR moments, and campaigns, using strong judgment to prioritise what matters
  • Translate high-level narrative and positioning into clear, well-finished marketing outputs
  • Ensure everything we put into the world reflects Kyra’s standards for cultural relevance and commercial credibility
  • Own the end-to-end marketing rollout of Kyra’s insight reports and intelligence drops
  • Coordinate content, social, PR, events, and sales around each release
  • Turn data and insight into culturally fluent narratives that carry beyond the initial moment
  • Build and execute cultural marketing campaigns that reinforce our position as a category leader
  • Plan and deliver product moments, launches, and brand initiatives in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage relationships with creators, talent agencies, and cultural partners
  • Coordinate creator involvement across campaigns, reports, events, and amplification, ensuring deliverables are met and output aligns with Kyra’s tone, standards, and objectives
  • Plan and execute brand and product events, from intimate CMO dinners to pop-ups and cultural moments
  • Own logistics, guest curation, programming, and follow-up, using events to support both brand positioning and commercial pipeline
  • Run Kyra’s social strategy across LinkedIn and other priority platforms
  • Coordinate content calendars, creative assets, and distribution plans
  • Ensure social content supports Kyra’s thought leadership by sharing original insight, perspective, and expertise
  • Work with growth and ops teams to coordinate CRM, nurture flows, and audience communication
  • Ensure reports, events, and campaigns connect into a clear lifecycle journey
  • Maintain consistency across marketing, sales, and brand touchpoints

Requirements

  • 4–7 years’ experience delivering marketing, brand, or comms work end to end in startups/fast-moving teams
  • Experience building or leading a marketing function, not just contributing to one
  • Deep understanding of short-form platforms, creator behaviour, and how ideas spread natively on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
  • Sound judgment - able to focus, simplify, and move work forward
  • Organised and dependable, comfortable running multiple workstreams at once
  • Strong cultural understanding of creators, media, and how ideas spread
  • Naturally curious with high standards; problem-solving comes instinctively
  • Comfortable moving between planning and doing as needs change
  • Clear communicator who explains complex ideas simply
  • Strong relationship builder with creators, agencies, and partners
  • Data-aware, using research and insight without overthinking
