Account Executive

• Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic territory plan
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Expand relationships within existing accounts by promoting Kyocera’s Managed Network Services, Software, and Solutions portfolio
• Follow up on assigned sales leads and opportunities within established response timeframes
• Drive revenue growth through presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Schedule a minimum of three new prospect appointments per week
• Conduct a minimum of five Account Reviews per quarter
• Lead at least two Strategic Account Reviews each month for key accounts
• Track and maintain sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM
• Recommend tailored solutions and equipment configurations
• Share market intelligence and competitive insights related to National Account strategies and activities
• Develop and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and prospect reports
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate challenges, concerns, and business opportunities to the Sales Manager
• Participate in ongoing product, industry, and sales training programs
