About the role

  • Support for the local HR team and the recruiting team
  • Drafting employment contracts and maintaining and updating employee master data and personnel files
  • Support in the operational management of managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Implementation of personnel measures in coordination with the works council
  • Maintenance and monitoring of timekeeping and preparation of payroll
  • Proactive contribution to HR processes, personnel development topics and training measures
  • Participation in cross-site HR projects
  • Acting as an interface to internal departments and external partners (e.g., public authorities, government offices, tax advisors)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and experience working with the works council desirable
  • IT skills: confident use of common MS Office applications; experience with Workday and Softgarden is an advantage
  • Language skills: conversational English, spoken and written
