About the role

  • Supervise and manage the design, development, process, and product quality teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication between teams and other departments.
  • Plan and monitor development projects and arbitrate priorities when allocating resources.
  • Define and track performance indicators.
  • Contribute to product promotion (commercial events, scientific conferences, etc.).
  • Participate in technology watch and encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Provide technical support at other group factories abroad and at customer sites.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets and maintain a high level of quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering (ideally electrotechnical engineering, power electronics), physics, or a related field.
  • Excellent managerial, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience in technology and product development.
  • Fluent in English.
