Lead and inspire squads to deliver exceptional end-to-end technical services
Facilitate agile practices, optimize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and remove obstacles to improve squad performance
Champion high-quality deliverables across the technical services life-cycle to meet and exceed customer business needs
Understand customer industries and collaborate with Delivery Managers to align service priorities with business outcomes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex service-related issues as the go-to technical resource
Leverage Kyndryl Bridge data insights to tailor improvements and enhance service stability
Ensure squad workloads align with business priorities and SLAs, and manage individual and team performance
Represent the team in user group meetings, leadership gatherings, and client interactions
Participate in interdisciplinary service improvement projects and create agile teams to meet evolving customer needs
Set and achieve team targets aligned with business metrics, performance standards, and SLAs
Leverage data-driven insights and AI services to tackle data management challenges and deliver data modernization and platform management services
Requirements
Proven experience leading technical team(s) through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
X years of technical resolution and support
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and customer stakeholders
Industry recognized certifications in the aligned supporting area (e.g., Public/Private Cloud, Mainframe etc.)
Must be fluent in X language(s)
Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
Experience with an ITIL driven service organization (preferred)
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications (preferred)
