Serve as Senior Experience Strategist for Kyndryl Vital Strategic Markets and be a critical member of a cross-disciplinary team
Lead innovative projects and model co-creative, human-centred behaviours
Act as the design strategist and lead design efforts together with the team on customer engagements
Guide the team through projects, providing insights, ideas, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions
Be an ambassador for human-centred design to co-workers, partners, and customers, building awareness and inclusion
Work with Strategic Markets leaders and colleagues to identify high-potential customer projects and add value to customer experience
Partner with business and account leaders, technical strategists, customers, and alliance partners to define problems, imagine solutions, and create service blueprints
Enable teams to bring solutions to life and produce experience-based roadmaps that enable technologists to develop solutions
Influence ways of working across international Vital centers and connect with global Kyndryl Vital teams; contribute case studies and best practices
Requirements
Portfolio demonstrating design success with craft, strategic thinking, leadership, human-centric customer engagement, integrated technology, and inventive solutions
10+ years in human-centred design, emphasizing design strategy, service design, and co-creation
Entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in ambiguity and enjoy ‘first of a kind challenges’
Systems-thinking problem-solver who looks through multiple lenses (business, people, technology, sustainability)
Business acumen and language to work with customers, define key business objectives and create high-level business cases
Ability to lead multi-discipline teams through service design and blueprinting engagements
Broad and flexible toolkit for designing co-creation journeys; adept at designing new tools when needed
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
Technology and innovation interest and acumen
Attention to detail in the language (English and Spanish) and relationship dynamics of key stakeholders
Experience and appetite to work internationally across the Strategic Markets
