About the role

Requirements
- Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange.
- Proficient in Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), IBM Sterling Gentran, and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
- Proven experience in managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Electronic Data Interchange transactions.
- Monitor daily EDI traffic, investigate transmission failures, and resolve issues.
- Develop, test, and maintain EDI maps using tools like IBM Sterling Gentran.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set up, test, and implement new EDI connections.
- Analyze failed translation processes, identify root causes of data errors, and apply corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation for EDI processes, workflows, and partner configurations.
- Work with internal and external teams to optimize data interchange processes.
- A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, Mainframe, IBM i).
