About the role
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Orchestrate workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; develop catalog items, record producers, and SLAs.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, web services, and connectors to third-party systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to documentation.
- Apply platform guardrails, data policies, and security best practices.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in project-based delivery for mid to large organizations.
- Strong configuration and development skills.
- Experience with one or more domains: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps/IRM, or App Engine.
- Proven integration experience with enterprise systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work closely with Architects and PMs on complex programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
