About the role

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Orchestrate workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; develop catalog items, record producers, and SLAs.
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, web services, and connectors to third-party systems.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to documentation.
  • Apply platform guardrails, data policies, and security best practices.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in project-based delivery for mid to large organizations.
  • Strong configuration and development skills.
  • Experience with one or more domains: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps/IRM, or App Engine.
  • Proven integration experience with enterprise systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work closely with Architects and PMs on complex programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
