About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions for cloud-based managed services.
  • Implement components from design documentation and functional programming specifications.
  • Ensure implemented components are documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration.
  • Architect solutions, test code, and build CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide work estimates and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and API integrations.
  • Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
