About the role

  • Network Growth: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for new counselors, from sourcing to initial screening and contracting.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring every new provider feels welcomed and fully equipped to use the Kyan platform.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for our provider community, answering queries and supporting their daily needs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our recruiting or onboarding workflows and implement "smart" improvements (leveraging AI and automation).
  • Quality Maintenance: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure all network members meet our rigorous quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Recruiting/HR Background: You know how to attract talent, and hold efficient, structured, and professional conversations in interviews
  • Language: Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, clear communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with modern tools and are genuinely interested in how AI can be used to optimize workflows.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in a health-tech or remote-first startup.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Background in Psychology
