About the role
- Handling support and change requests with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP-HCM
- Supporting the technical implementation of new HR IT tools
- Documenting and approving technical and functional tests following changes and updates
- Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
- Ensuring proper system permissions and access rights in HR applications in accordance with data protection requirements
- Supporting Key Users in other HR functions and collaborating with other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Preferably a university degree in business administration, organisational management, or related fields
- Solid experience in HR processes, data protection, and labour law
- Comprehensive understanding of HRIS landscapes (SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors) and other IT systems
- Strong internal and external customer orientation, with excellent teamwork skills
- High IT affinity, interest in digitalization, and enthusiasm for change management
- Open-minded and cooperative thinking
- Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German language skills are highly welcomed
