- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Research and identify key decision makers within target organizations
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Kwanso’s products and services
- Accurately forecast sales and develop plans to meet/exceed quotas
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of software development and custom software solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
