About the role
- Ensure professional facility and building management of KVG properties
- Responsible for the operation of the IT-controlled electronic locking system
- Monitor all administrative and financial processes in building operations, including budget control
- Cost determination, development of a planning concept and cost estimation according to DIN 276
- Independently prepare procurement-related (award) documentation and support the awarding of construction and service contracts
- Property and construction supervision, including documentation and acceptance of construction works
- Serve as the central point of contact for the building users/occupants of KVG properties
- Responsible for and update existing fire, escape and rescue plans as well as safety signage in accordance with ASR
- Communicate with external companies and authorities
Requirements
- Completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
- Further qualification as a certified specialist manager (Fachwirt) in Facility/Building Management is desirable
- Organizational skills in planning, construction, operation, management and administration
- Structured, independent, goal- and result-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
