Manager

• Ensure professional facility and building management of KVG properties
• Responsible for the operation of the IT-controlled electronic locking system
• Monitor all administrative and financial processes in building operations, including budget control
• Cost determination, development of a planning concept and cost estimation according to DIN 276
• Independently prepare procurement-related (award) documentation and support the awarding of construction and service contracts
• Property and construction supervision, including documentation and acceptance of construction works
• Serve as the central point of contact for the building users/occupants of KVG properties
• Responsible for and update existing fire, escape and rescue plans as well as safety signage in accordance with ASR
• Communicate with external companies and authorities
