About the role
- Perform minor repairs, maintenance and renovation work on the company’s properties
- Maintain outdoor and green areas, including snow-clearing and winter services
- Inspect portable electrical equipment in accordance with DGUV V3
- Inspect water fittings and perform hygienic flushing in the drinking water network (according to DVGW W400-3)
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational/technical training (e.g., plumber, carpenter, electrician, mechatronics technician, etc.)
- Experience in maintenance, repair and servicing
- Technical and manual skills
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Organized and independent working style
- Understanding of safety-related requirements
- Resilience and professional, friendly manner
- Valid driving license (Class B)
