💰 €80,000 - €150,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for the entire sales process — from developing new opportunities to closing deals and expanding long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and close inbound and qualified outbound opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles (typically 3–9 months)
  • Present and negotiate at specialist and decision-maker levels (Sustainability, Risk, Finance, Management)
  • Build, further develop, and potentially lead the sales team
  • Represent kuyua at selected industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally Enterprise
  • Experience building and leading sales teams
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes (CRM, pipeline management, forecasting)
  • German (native) and English (business fluent/negotiation-level)
  • Nice to have: experience in sustainability, ESG, risk, compliance, or regulated markets
