💰 €80,000 - €150,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for the entire sales process — from developing new opportunities to closing deals and expanding long-term customer relationships
- Develop and close inbound and qualified outbound opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles (typically 3–9 months)
- Present and negotiate at specialist and decision-maker levels (Sustainability, Risk, Finance, Management)
- Build, further develop, and potentially lead the sales team
- Represent kuyua at selected industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally Enterprise
- Experience building and leading sales teams
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes (CRM, pipeline management, forecasting)
- German (native) and English (business fluent/negotiation-level)
- Nice to have: experience in sustainability, ESG, risk, compliance, or regulated markets
