About the role
- Own the delivery experience for a portfolio of high-value clients
- Ensure our solution performs at its best, evolves smoothly, and delivers value
- Lead day-to-day delivery including change programs, releases, and support tickets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across support, product, development, QA, and design
- Monitor client account health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM, supporting strategic account planning
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Customer Support team
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide operational insight
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in client service management in a SaaS environment
- Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with confidence
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification (Nice-to-Have)
- Technical understanding of SaaS platforms and software development processes (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in FinTech or Asset management industries (Nice-to-Have)
