About the role

  • Own the delivery experience for a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Ensure our solution performs at its best, evolves smoothly, and delivers value
  • Lead day-to-day delivery including change programs, releases, and support tickets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across support, product, development, QA, and design
  • Monitor client account health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM, supporting strategic account planning
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Customer Support team
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide operational insight

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in client service management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with confidence
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification (Nice-to-Have)
  • Technical understanding of SaaS platforms and software development processes (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience in FinTech or Asset management industries (Nice-to-Have)
