About the role
- Own and shape the product roadmap
- Break down big ideas into clear capabilities, Epics, and Stories
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Data Engineering to align goals
- Work hands-on with engineering teams from concept through release
- Drive adoption, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with CRM, sales platforms, or internal tools
- Hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience working in an Agile environment required; SAFe familiarity is a plus
- Strong technical foundation (sales enablement or data ecosystem background)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Banking industry experience a strong plus
