About the role

  • Own Jerry.ai’s AI-driven communications/messaging product across SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to create AI interactions that increase automation and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to core messaging systems
  • Identify bottlenecks to solving high-impact issues and shape prompt engineering best practices and the technical roadmap
  • Scale messaging infrastructure and drive strategic decisions by staying on top of AI trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast paced startup
  • Technologist and systems thinker comfortable in technical conversations
  • Data-driven and familiar with SQL
  • Ownership of metrics and continuous improvement mindset
  • Passionate about AI and early adopter of AI tools
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms
