About the role
- Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises according to corporate strategies, taking into account regional characteristics and peculiarities.
- Conduct analyses and prospect properties using tools such as OnMaps and/or through on-site visits.
- Prospect potential franchisees, evaluating regional alternatives and proposing actions based on cost analysis and available resources.
- Plan the stages of the unit opening process, coordinating travel within the responsible region, internal activities, and events at headquarters and branch offices.
- Manage contacts received through the website and update the recruitment system.
- Participate in Pre- and Post-Opening Trainings, introductory presentations, business model meetings, and interviews during the opening process stages.
- Monitor online study and pre-opening educational materials, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
- Provide feedback to candidates after training and following unit openings.
- Request layouts and façades from the responsible department, ensuring documentation deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the definition of strategies for franchise network projects and/or new business initiatives.
- Keep activity controls up to date, proactively identifying and addressing critical points.
- Propose process improvements related to the area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree.
- Basic Spanish (desirable).
- Intermediate English.
- Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial/sales areas.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and experience driving on highways.
- Experience in school management or in the education sector is considered a differential.
