About the role

  • Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises according to corporate strategies, taking into account regional characteristics and peculiarities.
  • Conduct analyses and prospect properties using tools such as OnMaps and/or through on-site visits.
  • Prospect potential franchisees, evaluating regional alternatives and proposing actions based on cost analysis and available resources.
  • Plan the stages of the unit opening process, coordinating travel within the responsible region, internal activities, and events at headquarters and branch offices.
  • Manage contacts received through the website and update the recruitment system.
  • Participate in Pre- and Post-Opening Trainings, introductory presentations, business model meetings, and interviews during the opening process stages.
  • Monitor online study and pre-opening educational materials, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
  • Provide feedback to candidates after training and following unit openings.
  • Request layouts and façades from the responsible department, ensuring documentation deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to the definition of strategies for franchise network projects and/or new business initiatives.
  • Keep activity controls up to date, proactively identifying and addressing critical points.
  • Propose process improvements related to the area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree.
  • Basic Spanish (desirable).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial/sales areas.
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and experience driving on highways.
  • Experience in school management or in the education sector is considered a differential.
