• Run weekly reports/ad hoc (HQ Budget)
• Troubleshooting
• Create job descriptions and templates to support the application
• Prepare job aides and define site management roles for Jetdocs
• Work on enhancements with Andrew (Jetdocs External Team)
• Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates
• Creation of new requested job templates by various groups
• KPI Adherence (close out tickets > 60 days open)
• Administration of full JETDOCS Pro Application & all day-to-day requests and activities
• Template Owners as needed (email/teams)
• All change requests to workflows need to be approved/confirmed by template owners
• Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users
