About the role

  • Contribute creatively and participate in projects
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the Communications department
  • Process orders and invoices and support contract management
  • Maintain budget overviews
  • Monitor schedules and maintain the Evis organizational software
  • Prepare summaries and statistics
  • Handle inquiries related to communication and marketing
  • Prepare mailings using a newsletter system
  • Coordinate appointments and take minutes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences with at least two years remaining in your program
  • Enthusiasm for the different processes involved in arts and cultural events
  • Experience in office organization and a basic understanding of communication and marketing
  • Resilience and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Personal commitment, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and an independent, careful, and systematic working style
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications—especially Excel; experience with databases is desirable
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
  • German language skills at level B2 (CEFR)
  • Sensitivity to the specific concerns of a cultural institution is desirable
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends
