• Create and manage proto and SMS tech packs, ensuring accurate specs, materials, trims, and finishing details.
• Conduct fittings, document fit comments, and update technical packages with revisions to ensure accurate execution.
• Track and receive all seasonal development packages from overseas, alerting the team to delivery status.
• Assist with sending out materials for developments (fabric, trims, reference samples) and prepare packing slips.
• QC all development samples for proto and SMS, monitoring quality standards throughout the production process.
• Partner with patternmakers, factories, and mills to troubleshoot fit and construction challenges.
• Support Design, Tech, and Production teams; attend design fittings and facilitate communication of style updates.
• Maintain seasonal trackers daily and monitor development and production calendars, including sample shipments.
• Set up new styles in WIP charts and ensure development milestones from concept to final production are met.
