• Erstelle aussagekräftige Berichte und Analysen, die unser Projektmanagement unterstützen.
• Identifiziere frühzeitig Abweichungen und leite passende Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.
• Mitwirkung und Überwachung bei der Budgetplanung für Bauprojekte.
• Entwickle und optimiere bestehende Controlling-Prozesse weiter.
• Arbeite eng mit Bauleitern und technischen Abteilungen zusammen, um den Projekterfolg zu gewährleisten.

Technischer Controller – m/w/d

• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Internal cost allocations for personnel and equipment
• Prepare financial and business analyses as well as ad-hoc reports
• Develop and implement new cost center structures and processes
• Analyze monthly closing results for accuracy, cause-based cost allocation, and opportunities for optimization
• Prepare monthly reporting
• Support budgeting and the preparation of forecasts
• Support the rollout of a new ERP system with regard to controlling and financial processes
