About the role
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Internal cost allocations for personnel and equipment
- Prepare financial and business analyses as well as ad-hoc reports
- Develop and implement new cost center structures and processes
- Analyze monthly closing results for accuracy, cause-based cost allocation, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare monthly reporting
- Support budgeting and the preparation of forecasts
- Support the rollout of a new ERP system with regard to controlling and financial processes
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in a similar environment within a manufacturing company in controlling/finance
- Strong IT affinity, especially with MS Office applications
- High level of teamwork and ability to work independently, motivation, time-management skills, and commitment
