About the role
- Be responsible for the weekly and monthly editorial calendar (IG/TikTok/X/YT), defining what will go live, why and in which format.
- Prioritize the week based on sports and casino moments, cultural opportunities and brand directions (campaigns, regions, products).
- Produce scripts and briefs for the designer, O Clube, creators and/or partners together with Social Media Ops.
- Define hooks, cuts, narrative, CTA, format and references.
- Coordinate the end-to-end production workflow: idea → briefing → production → approval → publishing.
- Align daily with Social Ops and weekly with designer/agency/influencer marketing to ensure pace and consistency.
- Maintain status updates on items in production.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience leading social media strategies, ideally in sports, media or entertainment.
- Proven track record of growing digital audiences, producing creative content and managing real-time coverage.
- Experience with digital analytics tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats and algorithm behavior.
- Ability to create briefings, evaluate and direct creative content (videos, graphics, creators, copy).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global platforms, partners and trends.
- Excellent communication, storytelling ability and editorial judgment.
- High adaptability and ability to make quick decisions in live or high-pressure situations.
- Creativity, curiosity and a passion for sports and digital culture.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
