Financial Planning and Analysis

• Function as the Examiner-in-Charge (EIC) or assist EIC on risk-focused statutory examinations
• Planning, conducting and reviewing financial examinations
• Identifying and assessing controls and performance of substantive testing
• Prepare status reports for the DOI and Noble, as requested
• Manage assigned staff and assist supervisor with overall engagement

• Support the firm’s efforts in preparing high-quality proposals, including written responses to RFPs, oral presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate our proposal process with the pursuit team, including compiling, writing, editing, and formatting proposal content
• Schedule proposal kick-off and check-in meetings
• Ensure contributors and subject matter experts provide their content promptly in order to meet key deadlines for review and delivery
• Ensure quality control, including compliance with RFP requirements, accuracy of content, and grammatical precision
• Coordinate proposal completion and on-time delivery
• Organize, maintain, and update a content library for use in proposals
• Work with graphic designers to ensure that all deliverables are aesthetically appealing and brand compliant
• Conduct prospect research to support pursuit strategy and proposal development
• Monitor online RFP database (e.g., GovWin) for upcoming opportunities and provide a list of opportunities to pursuit leads for review and discussion
• Develop customized presentation materials to support the finalist/short-list stages
• Contribute to continual refinement of the proposal process
• Assist in other marketing and sales support tasks as needed
