• Communicate the Product Vision – Define and articulate a clear vision for the product portfolio to stakeholders, teams, and leadership seeking input from business partners and senior leaders.
• Align Roadmap with Firm's Strategy – Ensure the product roadmap supports the firm's overarching business objectives and aligns with industry best practices.
• Research Industry Trends and Identify potential solutions - Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in consultation with the Business Leader to identify innovative solutions.

• Assist in obtaining, organizing, and preparing data for purchase accounting (ASC 805) and purchase price adjustments, including review of purchase agreements and related schedules
• Apply purchase agreement elements to opening balance sheets and price adjustment mechanisms, document assumptions and conclusions
• Support meetings and discussions with target company management to obtain pertinent information; summarize outcomes and action items
