About the role

  • Design and lead the company’s operating model to support scale, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and daily operations across all functions.
  • Act as an operational owner responsible for safeguarding the business entity, managing operational risks, ensuring business continuity, and making key operational decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between teams and departments.
  • Facilitate effective execution of company-wide initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership and executive team to translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans, execution of roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate support functions including HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Support company budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Ensure effective management of office spaces, infrastructure, and workplace environment.
  • Lead procurement processes, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Implement operational reporting frameworks and performance dashboards, providing leadership with visibility into KPIs, risks, and progress against strategic objectives.
  • Identify and remove structural and operational bottlenecks, accelerating project delivery, and improving cross-team collaboration and execution speed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, General Management or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations and/or finance roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies, startups, or R&D-driven environments.
  • Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational reporting.
  • Proven operational leadership with experience in process optimization, KPI management, and scaling operational systems.
  • Experience managing procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations within technology organizations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics), MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • A positive mind-set and people-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong operational leadership and experience scaling operating models in fast-growing environments.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
  • Proven ability to build and empower high-performing leaders and teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
