Hardware Engineer

• Design digital, analog, and power supply circuits, including their integration into RF devices
• Lead hardware development activities from concept through prototype validation and production release
• Perform PCB layout activities, circuit calculations, and place components such as connectors, indicators, and high-speed interfaces
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to define thermal management, shielding, and integration requirements
• Create schematics, select components, and perform PCB layout and routing in line with DFM and DFT guidelines
• Support the full product lifecycle, including bring-up, testing, debugging, validation, and optimization of prototypes
• Identify root causes of hardware issues and implement corrective actions during development and testing phases
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), design specifications, and test reports

Senior Hardware Engineer

• Develop lint-clean RTL modules based on system and algorithmic specifications.
• Integrate third-party IP blocks and ensure proper functionality within the FGPA system.
• Review and refine RTL code quality to ensure complete functional coverage.
• Support the enhancement of internal FPGA design, verification, and testing methodologies.
• Debug timing issues and contribute to timing closure during STA.
• Perform on-board debugging and using logic analyzers and related tools.

FPGA Engineer

Manager

• Own the full project lifecycle - from requirements to capture and planning through to acceptance testing, field deployment, and in-service support transitions.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of talented engineers and PhD scientists, systems architects, software developers, and sub-contractors.
• Ensure that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are actively managed.
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate reporting to stakeholders at all times.
