About the role
- Be the first port of call for all Financial Crime customer contact.
- Handle escalations from the Customer Service team and provide practical advice on required actions.
- Applying Financial Crime policies and processes and recording detailed notes to aid with investigations.
- Support with the identification of financial crime trends through data analysis.
- Using Financial Crime systems to check for any malicious actors and loading to the relevant databases where necessary.
- Liaise with other financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
- Liaise with other business departments.
- Support the optimisation and update of existing processes, systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service role in the financial services sector.
- Experience in a Counter Financial Crime function is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have worked in a start-up.
- Are familiar with Financial Crime and AML regulations.
