About the role

  • Participate and contribute to team huddles.
  • Ensure project and task utilization rates are maintained not less than 75%.
  • Collecting and analyzing financial data and taking ownership in data quality controls to ensure consistent and high-quality data are delivered as per the requirements.
  • Ensure any feedback (including breach/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager instantly.
  • Ensure timely response and high stakeholder engagement.
  • Build effective collaborative relationships with colleagues and managers.
  • Delivering high quality output through constructive review and feedback.
  • Broad analysis of income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, ratios, segment performance, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably BAF, BFM, B. Com, BMS, BBI, BBA etc.) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or MBA or MMS from an accredited college or university
  • Between 2 - 5 years of related experience (research analyst)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting concept and preferred to have background/exposure with financial reporting as well as financial modelling
  • Experience in project management is preferable.
