About the role

Requirements

  • Experience as a Tourism Clerk / Travel Agent (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.)
  • Confident in telephone and email-based customer advising
  • Good command of English
  • Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
