About the role
- Advising and supporting prospective clients and customers on cruises
- Preparing tailored travel offers and packages
- Booking and managing cruises and related travel services
- Maintaining customer relationships and building a base of regular clients
- Collaborating with cruise lines and other tourism partners
Requirements
- Experience as a trained tourism clerk / tourism management assistant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator
- Comparable professional experience (e.g. travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.)
- Confident telephone and email advisory skills
- Strong team orientation and a commitment to customer service and quality
- Ability to conduct customer conversations in English
- Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
