About the role
- Advise and support prospective clients and customers on cruise travel
- Create tailored travel offers and packages
- Book and manage cruises and associated travel services
- Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat clients
- Cooperate with cruise lines and other travel industry partners
Requirements
- Experience as a travel agent (Tourism clerk) in a travel agency or tour operator
- Telephone and written advisory skills in English
- Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service and quality
