About the role

  • Take ownership of allocated Corporate Finance tasks, working with guidance and oversight from senior team members
  • Support the delivery of assignments, ensuring appropriate Director and Partner review and sign-off
  • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders updated throughout
  • Prepare financial datapacks using information from financial statements, management accounts and bank data
  • Assist in drafting reports, Information Memorandums and other external-facing documents
  • Conduct research into potential buyers, funders and acquisition targets
  • Prepare client onboarding documentation
  • Ensure all work is delivered in line with service line standards and quality expectations
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal and external marketing materials
  • Act as a key contact for specific elements of client assignments
  • Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
  • Opportunities of networking with contacts and introducers

Requirements

  • ACA qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, including the ability to interpret data and information to develop tailored client advice.
  • Commercial awareness with a well-organised and structured approach to work.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to use initiative where appropriate.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and apply them in practice.
  • Professional communication style, with the ability to build effective working relationships with Partners and clients.
