About the role
- Take ownership of allocated Corporate Finance tasks, working with guidance and oversight from senior team members
- Support the delivery of assignments, ensuring appropriate Director and Partner review and sign-off
- Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders updated throughout
- Prepare financial datapacks using information from financial statements, management accounts and bank data
- Assist in drafting reports, Information Memorandums and other external-facing documents
- Conduct research into potential buyers, funders and acquisition targets
- Prepare client onboarding documentation
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with service line standards and quality expectations
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and external marketing materials
- Act as a key contact for specific elements of client assignments
- Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
- Opportunities of networking with contacts and introducers
Requirements
- ACA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, including the ability to interpret data and information to develop tailored client advice.
- Commercial awareness with a well-organised and structured approach to work.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to use initiative where appropriate.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and apply them in practice.
- Professional communication style, with the ability to build effective working relationships with Partners and clients.
