About the role

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews completed, hires made).
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within BPO, interpretation, or language services environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (C1–C2) and Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory and assessed during the process).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and recruitment goals.
  • Experience using sourcing and ATS tools such as Indeed, JazzHR, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
