• Conduct initial interviews and verify candidates' credentials
• Negotiate rates and ensure interpreters understand policies and requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for freelance interpreters
• Manage calendar, assign shifts, and ensure coverage of U.S. clients' daily requirements
• Monitor interpreter performance and manage client feedback
