About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions
  • Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Identify quality trends and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards
  • Prepare QA reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience
  • Previous QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience providing coaching and feedback
