About the role

  • Closely collaborating with the Program Management Team, you will contribute to initiatives that enable successful adoption of new ways of working.
  • Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings and change-related workshops.
  • Supporting the implementation of Management of Change (MoC) and Change Network initiatives.
  • Preparing strategic communications, presentations, and documentation for key change interventions.
  • Aligning project timelines and change management plans to ensure consistent execution.
  • Assisting with training readiness, including logistics and content coordination.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key program KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Commerce, and Finance, and working closely with project and workstream leads, and Change Champions throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Exposure to or experience in change management, project coordination, internal communications, HR, or transformation support, preferably gained in an international context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An affinity for digital and business transformation environments.
  • A structured, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is considered an asset).
