Product Designer

• Improve the user experience and interface of different areas of Kraken and shape how users interact with them
• Work day-to-day in a cross-functional team with developers, PMs, users, and clients when designing new features and products
• Collaborate to build and maintain the Design system, its library, documentation and patterns
• Conduct user research and own UX and UI end-to-end
• Share designs for feedback early and often; provide design feedback to team members
• Plan and facilitate workshops, user interviews, usability testing and discovery activities
• Delegate smaller tasks and projects to junior designers to prioritise time
• Refine and add to design process documentation and onboarding materials; trial new design processes
• Communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues and support defining roadmaps and big-picture strategy
