About the role
- Spearhead international expansion for Kraken Field and Assets.
- Act as a "360 Hunter," managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting leads to technical discovery and closing deals.
- Serve as the face of Kraken Field in new markets, selling complex software solutions to energy suppliers and large-scale installer companies.
- Spend significant time on the ground in international markets.
- Navigate board-level sales while maintaining the "grit" to handle your own admin and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Engage with CTOs and COOs to discuss software integrations, APIs, and operational workflows.
- Handle the "nitty-gritty" of complex energy deals rather than simply selling "off the shelf" products.
Requirements
- The International "Black Book": A deep, existing network of senior decision-makers in the Energy sector outside of the UK (e.g., Europe, APAC, or the Americas).
- 360 Hunter Mindset: A love for the thrill of the hunt, including lead prospecting and closing.
- International Mobility: Excitement about spending significant time in international markets.
- Start-Up Mentality: A flexible and adaptive mindset suited for a product in its startup phase.
- Technical Literacy: The ability to talk confidently about software integrations, APIs, and operational workflows with technical leadership.
