- The Team: The product marketing team at Kraken drives the success of our platform by crafting strategies that resonate with professional traders and institutions alike. Focusing specifically on OTC & Prime, you will play a critical role in advancing product strategy, helping to position Kraken as the end-to-end platform of choice.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, and/ or trading platforms, with a focus on serving professional, HNWI, and B2B audiences.
- Deep expertise in OTC trading and lending as well as Prime offerings — including user psychology, liquidity dynamics, order types, execution strategies, market microstructure — plus knowledge of integrated custody and staking solutions.
- Experience marketing to institutional and private client segments, with a strong grasp of their decision drivers and risk considerations.
- Proven success launching products and features using market, customer, and behavioral insights
- A customer-obsessed mindset with strong experience in positioning products to different user segments.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Track record of crafting powerful, differentiated product narratives that drive engagement and adoption.
- Highly analytical and data-driven — comfortable navigating trading metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform go-to-market decisions.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—comfortable operating independently and in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills across formats (Slack, docs, presentations, verbal) and audiences.
- Passion for helping others grow—supports peers, mentors junior PMMs, and helps raise the bar for the team.
