Own the end-to-end sales cycle, scouting the crypto landscape to build new business partnerships with KOLs and affiliates
Source and drive acquisition, onboarding and activation of new futures affiliates and KOLs through targeted BD initiatives
Drive, manage, and nurture existing partner and affiliate relationships to maximize growth and long-term success
Act as the voice of the customer to product and marketing teams, providing actionable feedback to improve the user experience and offerings
Execute go-to-market plans for affiliate campaigns, trading competitions and incentive programs
Monitor competitive trends in futures and recommend features, incentives, or campaigns to maintain market competitiveness
Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution, content, and outreach for futures growth
Track and report on key metrics such as new traders, trading volumes, and affiliate impact; assess performance and customer retention across regions and marketing channels
Requirements
3–6 years’ experience in business development with a proven track record of generating new business
At least 2 years in the crypto industry or trading platforms
Deep comprehension of perpetual futures markets and user profiles (a plus)
A strong personal network within the crypto industry, especially across new projects, influencers, and KOLs (a plus)
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver results autonomously
Deep knowledge and comprehension of cryptocurrency ecosystems beyond blue-chip tokens
Passion for the cryptocurrency world and a proactive attitude toward learning new industry trends
Belief in Kraken’s Tentaclements cypherpunk, libertarian values
Ability to build meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
