About the role

  • Execute innovation projects and manage stage-gate timelines to deliver on-time, on-budget product launches
  • Lead initiatives in Oils, Collagen/Supplements, Dips, Ketchup, and Mustard categories
  • Support ad-hoc projects driven by ingredient shortage challenges and in-year opportunities
  • Draft consumer-centric product briefs and partner with R&D and cross-functional partners to refine formulations, claims, and specs
  • Integrate consumer insights to ensure innovations complement existing portfolio
  • Leverage syndicated data to understand performance, diagnose challenges, and identify whitespace
  • Track innovation performance in year one and update forecasts based on in-market learnings
  • Liaise with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and BD/Agile teams to secure inputs and track budgets and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG or natural foods
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Passion for natural foods and clean-eating trends
