About the role
- Execute innovation projects and manage stage-gate timelines to deliver on-time, on-budget product launches
- Lead initiatives in Oils, Collagen/Supplements, Dips, Ketchup, and Mustard categories
- Support ad-hoc projects driven by ingredient shortage challenges and in-year opportunities
- Draft consumer-centric product briefs and partner with R&D and cross-functional partners to refine formulations, claims, and specs
- Integrate consumer insights to ensure innovations complement existing portfolio
- Leverage syndicated data to understand performance, diagnose challenges, and identify whitespace
- Track innovation performance in year one and update forecasts based on in-market learnings
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and BD/Agile teams to secure inputs and track budgets and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG or natural foods
- Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
- Passion for natural foods and clean-eating trends
