About the role

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of national GMS (large retail) clients in the French market
  • Lead and optimize the negotiation of annual national agreements
  • Implement and drive commercial action plans
  • Grow and monitor sales and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with French GMS retailers
  • Provide regular reporting on clients, competitors and market trends
  • Collaborate with the company's various departments
  • Negotiate purchasing terms with factories/production sites
  • Contribute to project management in collaboration with Marketing, Quality, Supply and factory teams

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) — e.g., business school or engineering school
  • Proven experience of at least 3–4 national negotiation cycles in GMS
  • Strong knowledge of sales methods and negotiation techniques in the GMS channel
  • Results-oriented, motivated by challenges and achieving targets
  • Proactive, autonomous and a self-starter who proposes solutions
  • Ideally experience with private label (MDD)
