About the role

  • Drive business development and market solutions in digital transformation, IT strategy, system selection, and IT governance.
  • Manage client relationships and other service lines, ensuring satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Initiate new services and products, contributing to the expansion of our service offerings.
  • Design high-level IT applications architecture and oversee the development of implementation roadmaps.
  • Actively involve in the development of team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Execute strategic initiatives and contribute to business development activities.
  • Collect, document, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Research and propose IT solutions, platforms, and systems to address business needs; develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.
  • Engage with technology vendors to understand the functionality and capabilities of IT solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in a technology leadership role within consulting or international audit companies.
  • Experience in «Big 4 сompanies» will be as a plus.
  • Preferred expertise in Digital Transformation, IT Applications Architecture, IT Architecture Development, IT Systems Selection, and Implementation (ERP, CRM, RPA).
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and experience in managing IT vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (B 2 level and above).
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence across all organizational levels.
