About the role

  • Manage firmwide leadership development programs, ensuring they’re impactful, engaging, and future-focused.
  • Deliver dynamic workshops, and learning sessions that inspire and challenge participants.
  • Identify leadership and capability gaps, then craft solutions that align with organisational priorities.
  • Build compelling narratives around leadership development, elevating visibility and buy-in across the business.
  • Use data and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our programs.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance and accelerate the use of L&D technologies that enhance participant experience and extend program reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, and learning strategy with 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill; you know how to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
