About the role
- Manage firmwide leadership development programs, ensuring they’re impactful, engaging, and future-focused.
- Deliver dynamic workshops, and learning sessions that inspire and challenge participants.
- Identify leadership and capability gaps, then craft solutions that align with organisational priorities.
- Build compelling narratives around leadership development, elevating visibility and buy-in across the business.
- Use data and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our programs.
- Explore opportunities to enhance and accelerate the use of L&D technologies that enhance participant experience and extend program reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, and learning strategy with 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Strong stakeholder management skill; you know how to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
