Own and deliver products and features end‑to‑end from discovery to prototype and dev‑ready specs, with mentorship from senior designers
Build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering to align on JTBD and problem definitions
Contribute to and uphold Atlas, our design system, ensuring consistency across pages, products, and apps
Ensure information-dense interfaces with charts, tables, and geospatial data remain clear and attractive
Work with Data Visualisation to innovate on new patterns for visual storytelling
Iterate on designs using insights from customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics; dig into the data to inform your decisions
Participate in sprint rituals, helping embed design as a structured, visible contributor
Collaborate with a distributed design team across France, the UK, Germany, and Greece to transform complex energy, commodities, and maritime data into human-centred experiences
Requirements
Circa 3–5 years of experience delivering digital product design (web, SaaS, or enterprise tools)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling design narrative, and organise and structure information clearly and concisely
A solid portfolio showing your design process
Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) including prototyping
Curiosity to keep learning, generosity in sharing your knowledge, and genuine pleasure in collaboration
Familiarity with data-rich domains (financial analysis, dashboards, or editorial content) is a bonus
