Solutions Engineer

• Listen to internal and external clients to formulate and clarify their needs;
• Propose different solutions and write recommendations, reports and other technical documents related to the domain;
• Help clients consider new IT solutions and propose value‑added options;
• Design the target functional, software and technical architecture of solutions;
• Identify software components to be used in the solutions;
• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and to product selection;
• Ensure integration, transition and alignment of the various platforms within the overall plan;
• Monitor and support the development of business solutions;
• Support development teams during project delivery;
• Coordinate opportunity/feasibility studies, including technical and financial analyses, to choose among new or existing technologies and recommend the best modes of ownership, acquisition or consumption, whether operated internally or externally;
• Identify risks and ensure the viability, functionality and integrity of solution architectures during migration, delivery, operation and maintenance phases;
• Diagnose problematic situations and intervene to resolve complex issues, ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes, with a continuous improvement approach;
