About the role

  • Be responsible for end-to-end customer service, delivering excellent support aligned with Kovi’s tone of voice;
  • Understand our business model, ensuring all information provided to the customer is reflected in our processes and contracts;
  • Know and apply basic sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling;
  • Be responsible for all required customer documents and signatures;
  • Be familiar with our primary product – the car – and stay updated on specifications and models;
  • Properly use the customer distribution system, whether via CRM or on-site ticketing;
  • Work in partnership with the supervisors for your respective Sales channel;
  • Serve as a point of reference for the team on service best practices and conflict resolution;
  • Proactively monitor product and price changes, contributing to the update of information;
  • Conduct trainings focused on best practices and process improvements (an important criterion for performance evaluation).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus;
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service;
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), including the ability to customize and optimize processes;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proactivity;

  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities;
